Support Packages offer the following:

• A full Food Safety Management System that is Bespoke to your business and Branded with your Company Logo.
• FULL HACCP ‘CCP’ identification in the Food Safety Management System.
• 6 monthly Compliance diary made to fit your business needs and to satisfy a EHO inspection.
• A Food Hygiene Gap Audit or Mock EHO inspection with full Food Hygiene Rating review.
• Support on how to achieve a 5-star Rating.
• Support and assistance in relation to Food Poisoning Allegations, Incident Reporting and associated Investigations.
• Telephone Support from 9 to 5pm Weekdays. (24/7 on the Platinum Service)
• Support with Local Authority Enforcement and assistance with negotiation.
• Updates on legislative changes.
• Food Safety Level 2 Learning and Certificated.
• Process Coaching
